The Food Calculators site is published by the project team, reachable via the contact page (contact@friandise.store). The site is statically rendered; editorial content, formulas and documented constants are versioned with the source code.
Purpose and limits of the estimates
The calculators provide practical estimates: meal planning, production sizing, general nutritional benchmarks, management indicators. No result is a medical, health or regulatory guarantee; nutritional values do not replace professional health advice; cost and margin calculations are neither accounting nor tax counsel; technical ranges (tempering, fermentation temperatures) remain subject to manufacturers' instructions and verified professional practice. Uncertain constants are displayed as conventions with their source.
Intellectual property
The methodological texts, the tool architecture and the site design are protected by copyright. The conversion factors used (NIST), the nutritional references cited (National Academies, EFSA) and professional conventions belong to their respective public sources, credited in the constants registry of each relevant page.
Advertising
Ad slots served by Google AdSense may appear when the service is activated, after consent where required. These slots are separate from calculator controls, never interfere with the calculation flow and never encourage clicks. The site has no influence over the content of the ads displayed.
Accessibility and reporting
The site targets WCAG 2.2 level AA: keyboard navigation, contrast, visible focus, touch targets of at least 44 pixels and respect for the reduced-motion setting. Any accessibility defect or calculation error you notice can be reported via the contact page: fixes are tracked in the project version log.
